Wtb: 2001 996tt

If it's gonna cost the market price of an Enzo to make the 996TT the fastest street car in the world in every category, he would do it.
But just to hedge his bets, the guy has a Veyron coming in. Though his tuning approach is different than what I would do given his budget, we all need to bow down. He is the OG Pimp among us playas and hustlas.

My car was one of the two mentioned. I did email All Boost.
TO set the record straight, my car has not been raced. It has been used at DE events. Big difference.
All Boost, I can almost guarantee that most of us who track the cars will have demonstrated better maintenance habits than most "cruisers."
But I understand if you want a nice inexperienced virgin 996TT. Good Luck

chad's car
I can testify that Chad's car is very fast..at the bay area meet, somewhere around castroville....I watched his rear bumper get smaller and smaller at around 140-150 mph...and my car is no slouch when it comes to going fast......very depressing .....time to call Todd again for more mods!

"I'm in the market for a used 2001 996TT. Looking at spending somewhere between $75K and $80K, depending on mileage, condition, options, and history."
"cjv - I don't appreciate you insinuating that I'm a liar. If you think I'm lying, why don't you put your money where your mouth is? I can forward you all of the PMs and emails that I received pertaining to the two 996TTs that were offered to me at my price range ($75K to $80K)."
"Why don't we place a little bet if you think I'm making this all up as I go along."
Sorry All Boost, I don't visit the For Sale/Wanted forum on a consistent basis. I do believe you are the author of the above three quotes. If not, then I will apologize now. If so, please pay attention. Referencing your second quote (above), you are assuming that I am calling you a liar based on your assumption that I am saying you did not get people to offer their cars to you between the range of 75-80K. Correct?......Wrong again!
Now, please go to your first quote. You offer to buy a 2001 996tt for a high of 80K and a low of 75K? Correct? In the same quote you add conditions for your low and high offer to buy. Correct? The conditions are mileage, condition, options and history. Correct?
Now, one person confirms that he takes you up on your offer. The car's "history" is that it was auto crossed. Your low offer, based on your written offer to buy, should have been (on your stated low side because you don't like raced car's or auto crossed cars) 75K.
Sorry, but it sounds like you are changing the conditions of your written offer as you go along. You drew the conclusion I was calling you a liar on an erroneous hypothesis. You would have lost your bet.
What I am saying is you made a high and low offer based on your own written conditions. It appears from my stand point you are altering your written conditions as you go along. I interpeted this to mean, you don't know what you want, don't really say what you want or are not serious. Like I said, good luck with your quest to buy a 996tt and please let us know when it happens and how well you did.
