FS: Jon Pratkanis' 1997 Turbo Supra! 28,440 Miles! 1500hp! 8 Second Street Monster!

PRICE LOWERED: $69,500

Well it's about that time. Time for me to post my Supra that i have owned for the last 5 years for sale....

The car is a 1997 Black Turbo Supra with 28,440 original miles! The car has all vin numbers in tact, clean title and is in excellent shape. Sorry for the current photos, I will pull the car back out this coming week for some better ones.

The combination of the rareness and milage along with the insane power that the car makes, makes it one of the top few supras left in the country. The car has made 1387rwhp at 39psi and a 100shot. The car also made 1298rwhp on boost alone! The car has only ran vp import for the last 2 years and c16 before that!

The car is also one of the fastest 6spd's in the country running a 8.99@158 on the previous setup of the 88mm and 3.0 motor. The car has seen mid 160 traps on the current setup with boost only. But do not get those times confused with the notion that this is only a drag car.... I built the car to be legal at the track but also haul *** on the highway. The car has tons of videos on the internet showing the true power of the car and intention of the car. Search "Jon Pratkanis" or "steelcitysupra" on youtube.

The car is ready to go and needs nothing, you do not want to know what is invested in this car! To reproduce a car with this milage, power and mods would cost you over 6 figures... Price is $79,950.

Please do not contact me offering your import for trade. But if you have a higher end car you would like to offer let me know..At this point its more or less about the cash.

Thank You.

Bogarts usually come welded together (the barrel and center section) and some have been known to come apart with street driving. Bogart offers a alternative for street use.

So i ordered the "bolted" wheels,so that there is no chance of them coming apart and so i can run 15" wheels on the street!

It can get interesting... but keep in mind, i usually dont drive this car at "low boost" . I built the car to haul *** and that is what it does

There are plenty of videos on youtube.. but this is a goodie.

Beautiful car. One of the best Supra's I have seen. I would tell you the price is to high but with those miles/year/condition I am sure you will find a buyer for it soon.

GL and best wishes,

Pwn

thanks for the clarification.. that youtube vid.. talk about torque steer... figure your front tires would be off the ground with that kind of power

Wow. Question: Why continue to build a car like that (I mean as in keep adding HP) when it gets to the point it can't hook up to even put the power down at all? That thing just spins!

Car is still getting some traction in lower gears even thought it's black tracking. Once it hooks up (usually in 2nd/3rd with some heat in the tires) you've never felt anything like it. Slicks on a dragstrip is the same deal from start to finish.

You can also setup gear dependent boost control, traction control, etc to handle things in the lower gears.
