selling the tiptronic control module for a porsche 996. this mod came off of a 2003 cabriolet that im parting out. its in good condition with no damage or oxidation.

this specific module will fit both turbo and none turbo 996 models. however, im not sure if it will need to be reprogrammed to work for turbo on account of the fact that the turbo is AWD. it will work fine on a RWD 996 tiptronic transmission.

part number is 996.618.180.07

I was wondering if you ever sold that Tiptronic ECU (996.618.180.07)? If not, I'd be interested in it.
If you sold it, did you happen to sell it to somebody in New York? I've been talking to somebody who offered to sell one to me, but the picture he used is identical to the one you posted in your ad here. Same unit, same identical floor pattern behind it. I believe he lifted your picture.
