Car is currently down in FL with me at school. Has never seen snow and has only been in the rain a handful of times. Garaged since day 1 and has never spent the night outdoors. Car is detailed every 2 weeks and is in absolutely mint condition with only 22k on the clock. Warranty is good through August or ~20,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Differential was replaced under warranty around 5000 miles.
If you are looking for a quality, nicely modded car, look no further. Also this car is about as light weight a stock M3 can be. (no sunroof, manual seats, no nav).
I have ALL stock parts in pefect condition including 19'' OEM wheels and tires. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to get in touch either on here or via email. My email is n_moto17@yahoo.com which i check quite often.
My current asking price is $42,000 but am negotiable. Serious buyers only, please.
Thanks
Nick

Yes, car can be CPO'd up until august or 40,000 miles, whichever comes first. I am pretty sure the new owner will have the option to do so but I will find out on Monday (tomorrow).
PS Saw you were in the market for an SMG car. In my opinion, however, running the motor all the way up to 8 grand to merely slap a paddle doesn't feel as rewarding as banging the gears in a 6 speed.

^^ Pmed ya buddy. SMG is great in a way that it costs $2500 option and could be used as a selling point. It also has a lot of cool features such as launch control, snow mode and if you really want to go auto, you can with it. It's a very nice system.
Although more importantly for me, since the car will be daily driver after the first 2 months, it's going to be crazy driving home after work with manual. Specially living in a very high trafficked area, it will ruin my knees lol. If a great deal comes up, I wouldn't pass it just because of it's transmission.

Update...
After driving the new M3 a local dealer had on the lot, I have decided to cancel my order and am a bit lost as to where I want to go for my next vehicle.
I am now open to any interesting trades and have lowered my asking price to $40,000. Right now my eye is on either the supercharged sport range, or maybe even an 04/05 SL55. Let me know what you guys have.

Car is still on the market but I just can't find anything I want to replace it with so I have not been pushing the sale as of late. I apologize for not responding to any emails as it is finals week and school has been taking over my life.
Let me know if there is anything else I can answer for you.
