Anyone for lease takeover: '08 MB E 350 4MATIC

The car is a mercedes benz E 350 4matic, fully loaded Iridium grey metallic. Here is the link :

I leased the car in May '08 and have 16,500 miles on it. The car had it's first service earlier this year at 12,000 miles. Car has not given me any problems. The car has been really dear to me (as is the case with all my automobiles). Although it is a leased vehicle, I handwash it every week (ONR wash in winter) and has paint sealant on this spring. Swapalease has some good pictures on the vehicle. I can send you some pictures of it if you are interested in proceeding further. I am offering a $2000.00 cash incentive and will take the responsibility of paying MB financial's transfer fee. I just bought a 2009 911 C4S. Hence the need to offload the MB E350 if I can. I am also willing to share the shipping costs if anyone is interested. I checked with MB (can purchase 4000 miles for $1000 and I am willing to share that cost too). Thank you Protein and Dreamliner for those positive comments but guess what, ...no serious interest yet for the car. Despite the fact that the residual at the end of the lease for a very well kept low mileage E350 4matic is only 33K. Must be the economy. I have increased the cash incentive to $2500.00 today and added a set of Michelin PA winter performance tires (one season old) to the deal....will wait another couple of weeks before taking it back to the dealer to discuss my options on ending the lease. If the penalty is too high then I will probably use it for the remaining 13 months.
