As some of you may know, this is the second run of the 996 series w/the updated engine (fewer timing chains, Variocam Plus/320hp, stiffer chassis, better areo etc.) Has many desirable factory options including litrnoic (bi-xenon) headlights, lightweight 5 spoke Carrera wheels, PSM (Porsche Stability Management -fully defeatable), factory short shift kit, optional upgraded stereo, headlight washers and rear wiper, as well as power heated memory seats. It also has the full crest center caps, and european sidemarker lights, currently at 91k miles. Clean history with no accidents, absolutely no rust rust, or any other issues. No leaks, and doesn't use any oil. Recent maintenance including new tires, air and oil filter/oil change, AOS (air oil separator). etc. It even has the factory wax still present on much of the underbody! It's been a southern car. Had a rattling sway bar link replaced a few days ago, also recent lighter weight battery.

 

Just reduced price again. I've been using the car to commute between DC and Raleigh, NC quite a bit, and it's racking up the miles!

I drove a friend's turbo x50 car, and it's rather tempting.

New clutch today! The old one was in good shape, but the pedal is smoother now.

So to recap, very recent clutch, air oil separator, fresh transmission fluid/engine oil, brake fluid flush, brand new tires.

*SOLD* Went to a fine gentleman that few in from Las Vegas, it was sad to see it go. I lost a bit more money on this than usual in my colorful car history, but hey somebody good a good deal.
