As you notice what I have done so far, I buy the new car when it comes out, experience it for a few months and then sell. The reason I write this is because many people ask me WHY I'm selling or if anything is wrong with the car or any other reasons.
I just happened to be able to afford many exotics and sports cars at once (My 458 Italia is for sale as well
) and I just love trying new cars as much as possible.I had a 2011 911 Turbo S. While I was driving, I put it up for sale and sold to a guy who was willing to pay what I was asking and it was a good timing because I heard about the new 991 7 speed manual was coming out.
So, I put a deposit on, placed an order and waited 8 weeks and got it on April 30, 2012.
I drove it around for about 500 miles now and it's time to try something else.

It's for sale at $98,500. The MSRP was $99,000. A lot of dealers are asking over sticker, especially when the options are TOO low. Plus, you have to wait 8 weeks if you want to order one and if you want to find a 7 speed manual, you will either (1) Only be able to find something that costs $120,000 because dealers always put stupidly many options (as much as possible) and they make a lot of money from these options. Plus, most options are quite useless such as stitching, deviating color belts, visors in leather, etc...) and (2) Not be able to find any 7 speed manual since they all order PDKs unless someone special-orders it.
So, this is your best chance to buy a 7 speed manual (1) VERY quickly without waiting, (2) Nice color combination and all the necessary Standard and some options (Suspension, NAVI, PASM, etc), (3) Almost like new and nothing wrong at below MSRP and no fees!
I am willing to let it go with the fees I paid plus some.
Please email me at jayturbo1@hotmail.com since I rarely check 6speedonline messages.
Thank you!
P.S. Oh, as time goes, the mileage will go up since I would be driving here and there. Of course, as time goes, I "might" drop the prices by a little to reflect that as well; but not THAT much~!
Do you "know" anyone who has the 7 speed manual Carrera S? I'm pretty much the first one.

just test drove one at the closest dealership to me...its FS and not spoken for. I loved the 991, and love the manual but 7 speeds is a little overkill. I think they did it just cause they can. I wouldn't consider the PDK though...the gearshift felt great!
It's Ok but not really needed. I think 6 speed is all you need. Oh, and it's somehow confusing unless you get really used to. It's pretty neat, though...
Cool! I just registered the domain name 7speedonline.com!
Bump!
Barely used 991 Carrera S for sale!
