Awesome time capsule, although I always think it's a little bittersweet when great cars have basically been expensive paperweights for their entire life. I can understand how it gets to a point where you don't want to put any miles on it after so long.....
Thank you. I agree. The only reason I haven't put that many miles on it was I have been in and out of the state for work. If i end up keeping it I will be driving it much more. But I would rather get in to a 911. I just can't live without a turbo.
Very cool, unique viper. Did you recover the ACR seats, or use different ones? No access to the ACR wheels?
Amazing it looks like it's still sitting on the showroom floor, beautiful car.
I'm like you....I am looking at these turbo cars, again, after starting to look at a F360. The performance and low maintenance his hard to beat. While the 360 is cool the Porsche offers an awful lot. It's amazing how popular 996TT cars are in comparison to others.
GLWS I am sure this will be gone in days. Have you posted on Viper Alley or one of those sites?

The seats are the original seats that came with the car, I had them redone in genuine leather in black. The factory seat material was synthetic leather and had a carpet finish to the rear. The ACR wheels can still be purchased. If I do decided to keep the car I will most likely put some CCW or HREs on it, drive and enjoy it.
Its a great car with huge instant power. Gets attention everywhere you go due to its timeless design. Only draw back for me is all my previous cars have been turbo charged and at this point in my life, I just can afford to twin turbo the Viper.
