Thinking of selling my 2009 m3. Car is 4-door, jet black 6-speed w/ 44k miles

This car is really mint and has never been abused. Meticulously maintained by ME and I have every service record going back to day 1!!!

Only reason for sale is that I am thinking of downsizing and saving money with this car just doesn't make sense.

Car is priced where it is considering it has a $ 4,000 muffler/connecting pipes alone.. Don't like the price pleae keep it out of this thread. I have owned many M3s and take care of them religously. Nice thing about this car is the CPO warranty until 100k miles or 2/15. Car has brand new oil and trans/diff fluid changed under 1k miles ago.
