I am sure the original owner tried selling in eBay and then decided to trade it in. Funny how it didn't sell at $150k on eBay.

I can see where you might think that but the Auction was taken down as we have not received the car as of yet and the title will be slow coming as per the state it is coming from is slow on paperwork.
That being said, if anyone were to hit the Buy it Now button or get through the auction with a winning bid, we would not be ready to complete the transaction legally so we took it down for the time being.
I market these cars here and am able to give this community a head start before it is nationally advertised.

I think that's sarcasm. Had it been a 997.1/2 GT3 RS, it'd have been gone. That said this is a far superior car to the 997 GT3 RS.
