Its come time for me to part with my beloved GT3. I bought this car CPO from Porsche San Diego who obtained from the original owner, who was an older executive from here in SoCal that barely drove the car. When I got it the car had zero ignitions in any of the rev ranges (meaning not even a single redline), I let it barely hit the limiter one time, not one rev above that. When I purchased the car I brought it to GMG and had them do everything we felt the car needed to turn an already excellent car into the perfect mixed track and street machine.
It has 6 HPDE weekends on it, and the rest is all street driving.

Dealer ad....this 2010 Porsche GT3 came from the factory a very capable street and track car, few would say otherwise. But the owner of this particular example really wanted a 997.2 GT3 that was the pinnacle of performance and capability on the track while not sacrificing it’s on-street demeanor. To achieve this he enlisted GMG Racing, a renown builder of MANY race winning and ultimate-street Porsches. All of the upgrades to this car were performed at GMG, with a “spare no expense” attitude. He is an extremely meticulous and thoughtful owner that has babied and cherished this car, its why all stock components were kept in case someday a future owner wanted to convert any aspect of it back to stock. The car also comes with some high end specific tools and spares as shown at the bottom of the listing.
As a testament to the owner driving with great care you only need to review the over-rev report. Its EXTREMELY rare to have a GT3 with with only 15 ignitions in Range 1 (which means hitting the redline). There are ZERO ignitions in the 2,3,4,5 or 6 range. Clearly showing that this car was not ‘beat-up’ or driven particularly hard. NOTE: This is ignitions, NOT the number of times the engine was redlined, this equates to one hundredth of a second at a redline. See the last picture for the report.
