Discovered in a field in Missouri in 2008, this spectacular Deluxe 15-window model with 9-passenger seating underwent a 3 ½ year rotisserie restoration, and was completed in April 2015. The concours-standard restoration took approximately 3000 hours (1 year for metal work alone). All seats are correct, and this Bus has the 6-pop-out window option. The Paint, Body, and Metal work were all done by the owner.

Original colors: Mouse Grey/Pearl White body with Silver White bumpers - finished PPG concept single stage urethane (4 coats).
Mileage: 75282 on the original odometer, 2000 since restoration
Rare transition year with many pre-62 features with later style lights.
Euro HELLA headlights w/ H-4 conversion.
Optional “Safari” fold out windshields.
Correct new “Sigla” laminated glass.
Original interior and materials used throughout.
All bright parts polished or re-chromed.
Optional rare Romtech steering wheel.
Lowered 4” correctly.
Flat-4 Porsche “Fuchs” Deep 6 Alloys (6”x15”)
Porsche front hubs, calipers, and disc brakes all around.
All possible suspension and underneath parts powder coated.
“Freeway Flyer” Transaxle (removes the original gear reductions).
Vintage Speed stainless steel hide-away exhaust system.
2180 CC Engine approximately 150hp w/ dual Dellorto carbs.

I've seen this thing in person...it's amazing how straight the panels are...it is truly perfect!
