Everything works, no mechanical or electrical issues. I am the second owner of this car and it has been a terrific first 911 for me. Solid reliability, starts first time every time. All maintenance was done at by the dealer (Paul Miller Porsche). The original owner was a PCA member who kept the car dealer maintained until he traded it in on a new 991 earlier this year. I have driven it as a summer car for about 3K miles and have had no issues with the car besides the TPMS sensors batteries running out. All four TMPS sensors were replaced so you won't have to worry about that.
It has a clean title and is located in Virginia Beach and I will be more than happy to take the car to a PPI at the buyer’s expense.
Contact me via PM if interested, or via dlabar3@verizon.net. I can take more pics if you want them.
Reason for sale? I want to start doing PCA track days and I'm looking at getting a 911 Turbo coupe.

The Porsche 911, specifically the 997, was ranked highest In NADA’s Value Retention Report. These things hold their value better than any other sports car. http://rennlist.com/articles/porsche-nada-ranking/
