I always laugh at all the reasons people feel the need to give when they sell a car, as if it's a rare occurrence. No story is needed - it's for sale because the seller wants to sell.

i would be curious why he's selling.. want an m3? S4? S3 didn't live up to expectations? i was in market for S3 but the leases were crazy. my m3 lease was like 200 more a month
