FS: 2014 RCR Superlite Coupe Pearl White

Year: 2014
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Corvette
Price: $82000
Mileage: 2900
Color: Pearl White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): VA
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

Hi All,

Selling a RCR Superlite I purchased from Fran Hall a couple years ago as a streetable track car. Absolute blast to drive and handles like it is on rails. Amongst my Corvette collection, I'm trying to downsize and simply don't drive them enough. This car has been very reliable and gets tons of attention even stopping for gas. I'd almost say too much. I took it to Cars and Coffee at Katie's in Great Falls, Virginia and it easily beat out all the Ferraris and Porsches for attention.

Car was originally put together at Fran's shop in Clinton Township and I drove it down to Fredericksburg,Virginia without issue. Evolution Motorsport Engineering then did some additional work with body and door fitment, powdercoating and Pearl White wrap which did wonders.

Price is 82000 OBO. Just trying to get out of it what I put in. Will trade towards used 991.1 GT3 or Mac MP4-12C or a Mosler MT900 with remainder in cash.
Car has never seen the track, only street driven.

Powertrain:

-Bone stock LS3 wet sump, rated at 430hp from the crank.
-Porsche G96.50 6 speed transaxle with stock gearing. Still gets 21mpg highway cruising

-Forgestar F14 wheels in 19x9.5 and 19x12. Powdercoated black.
-Nitto Invo in 275fr and 325rr.
-Brembo 4 pot brakes front and rear with 14" rotors.

Exterior:
-Originally a greyish-blue, now 3M wrapped in Pearl White
-Massive rear wing with a Carbon fiber blade and Aluminum side plates and stanchions in black
-Brake calipers powdercoated red
-Engine cover powdercoated black

Interior:
-Spartan to say the least, basically Porsche Cup car like. It has RCR fiberglass race seats with 5 point harnesses
-Tilton style pedal box
-RCR emblem, momo style detachable steering wheel. Covered in Alacantara.
-Corvette style replica dash with KOSO gauge cluster
-Fully functioning AC and heat
-Infinity Box security system using a key fob.

These are cool cars - I owned one for about 9 months. Mine was a 2016 with the race tail and with a bunch of adds. They certainly get TOOOONS of attention.

Do you have a lift system on it?

I am considering a heads/cam package to get the LS3 close to 600hp or just doing a 730hp+ LS7 build with dry sump, valve guide issue fixed and torquer cam. Plus putting in a Tillet or Recaro Seat.

My intent for this car was a lighter alternative to the 3500lb+ Z06's and Vipers.

I love this car and it is a beauty, but with a warehouse full of Vettes, Porsches and Ducatis it's tough to drive them when I work multiple jobs stateside and overseas as a consultant.

When cars sit; gaskets, vacuum lines, and electronics tend to go bad. That and an occasional mouse sneaks in and makes a nest in the car.

It doesn't seem like RCR/SLC is directly selling the Ramlift any longer. Fact I couldn't find them alive on the net.... Ramliftpro hasn't posted on FB since Jan 2017. There are other manufactures but all are in $5k range. Still contemplating ideas as I'm running Penske's and don't really want to muck them up.

I wanted to correct this: I guess their website was simply down and it is now back up. FB is still inactive, but I rarely use mine either....

Hi Aj,

I had the car built with a more stripped, tracked ready interior. It has the dash, two seats and a slab of carpet for the passenger. I typically build track orientated Corvettes and this car is similar in nature. Typically with full interior and say LS7 motor these cars go for $110K plus.

This car is ready to go. I drove it from Detroit down to Fredericksburg, VA. About 600 miles. AC and heat work, and has never been tracked or abused.

Some of the pics highlight the transformation from the blue-grey color to the pearl white wrap and then the powdercoated engine cover and brake calipers. I'll add some more pics in when I get a chance later today.
