Up for sale is my 2014 Volcanic Orange Mini Cooper S w/JCW Tuning Package which functions as my weekend summer driver. The car is not driven in winter (you can see my winter/rain Mini in the background of pictures) and lives in the garage under cover year round.

This car was purchased in January of 2017 as a Certified Pre-Owned car from Mini of Plano, TX. The car was a one owner lease turn in with literally EVERY option you can fit to the car installed. The original sticker was over $38,000 before the addition of the of the $3,000 JCW Tuning kit which was installed by Mini of Plano. The tuning package remaps the ECU adding a 15hp increase as well as a full valved bluetooth activated exhaust that will crackle and pop on demand and scare small children for miles around.

I purchased the car in 2017 with 15,000 miles on it and currently has 31,584 miles on it (not increasing as it's not being driven this winter). So i've only put on 5,000 miles a year.

The car gets a yearly synthetic oil change at my independent that does all of my Porsche maintenance. All service records documenting this are available. This is the only service ever done or required during my ownership period.

There is no paint work, accidents, dents, dings, or scratches on the body. A few of the wheels had small curb rash when I purchased the car and you can see this documented in the photos. This is the only defect in the car that i'm aware of. The car was paint corrected and sealed with AMMO sealant and is topped with AMMO Hydrate or P&S Beadmaker with every wash (two-bucket method/powder sprayer, etc).

The car features some exterior modifications that include:
- Black Headlight Trim (wasn't available from the factory in 2014 - it's a factor option now).
- Black Taillight Trim (wasn't available from the factory in 2014 - it's a factor option now).
- Black Gas Cap Cover
- Black Front Grille Cover
- Carbon Fiber Door Handle Covers

All of these are completely reversible should you choose to go back to chrome trim underneath these covers.

I added two mechanical alterations to the car to improve it's driveability:
- NM Engineering Short Throw Shifter (the stock shifter is ludicrously long throwed).
- Powerflex lower engine polyurethane bushing (the stock bushing is really soft and allows the drivetrain to move a lot in between shifts. This new bushing adds no noticeable NVH into the cabin but makes the shifts feel much more positive).

Other than that the car is stock (except for the JCW Tuning package) which is a Mini developed, endorsed, and installed optional part through the Mini dealerships.

If you're considering an S or a JCW I can tell you having driven both a S and a JCW, this S with the JCW Interior package, and with the addition of the JCW Tuning package the exhaust is even louder (or quieter when you turn it off) the power is the same, and you don't get the terrible JCW ride quality as this car has the electronic dampers that have a Hard, Medium, Soft settings. For daily use this is a MUST on the F56. The normal dampers on a regular F56 or JCW ride significantly more harsh.

The car has the upgraded Harmon Kardon sound system which sounds incredible, rare heads up display, the full BMW iDrive navigation system, and LED headlights (game changer at night compared to the cheap halogen base version). It has park assist and can back itself into a parallel parking spot on it's own.

You can go spec out a 2020 Mini Cooper S to the spec of this car and spend 39k + 3k for the JCW exhaust system and the car is literally identical to the new car except for the different Union Jack tailights.

Needs nothing other than a new home. Have a new weekend car on the way and this needs to go.

I have not either. The car is also on ebay and NAMotoring but I haven’t tried reaching out to him there, I’m not totally convinced this is the way I want to go on my next car.
