Great Price! GL on the sale! May I ask u one question. Do u feel the need for the 45? From some I hear that on the M Series the 45 is a world of diffrence, what do u think about the FX series?

Good question. I spent a long time deliberating this point before we purchased it 3 years ago. I drove both and you can tell the power difference. But I didn't feel I needed it, and I was right. The 35 is plenty fast, actually. I had reasoned that if I wanted more power I would be better off getting the Stillen supercharger setup which makes more power/torque than the 45 and for a lot less money. Well, I never did that; there was no need to.

Price Drop!

$28,500. Any lower and I might as well just trade it in. We will be getting a Honda Odyssey on June 31.

Sold! Interestingly, the Infiniti dealer bought it outright for more than Carmax offered and paid more than I asked for here!

Sounds like you got a good deal at the dealer. I sold my 2004 FX45 for $33,000 last month. I had it on the market for 2 months with no offers. I wanted $35,000, and we finally settled on $33K. I might have been able to squeeze an extra $1K out of someone else, but I didn't want to sit on the car any longer.

Only one (for now), but for anything more than around town, the FX felt cramped. You know how much crap you end up packing for a weekend trip with just one child.

I was pleased to get $29K as the rear bumper needs work. Did yours also have the technology pkg?
