Well, I gave in and deleted all the cookies and that solved the issue for me. Hopefully I don't have to do that again.

I deleted cookies and cache last night and it seems to have solved it... but that is not a solution, I have a lot of things saved in cookies usually.
So hopefully not again

I noticed something interesting with my Macs the other day. I use mobileme to sync my preferences, bookmarks etc.

Until I deleted the cookies on each machine individually at the same time, I couldn't get rid of them. I deleted them 5 times on 1 machine, and sat watching them re-populate themselves within 2 minutes.

It seems like a lot of the people with outstanding issues are also using Macs.

I have to ask, are you all using MobileMe to sync stuff too?

cheers,
robb

I no longer have this problem on my laptop Vista + Firefox 3.6.12, I still have a problem on 2-Window7 machines with Firefox 3.6.12. I threw the Ipad in the closet several months ago so do not know on that one

Yes, I do have mobileme. I need to see though if it also effects my mac desktop as it does the macbook.
