I thought you would have to make a new account for a name change. This is good to know. I've always wanted to change mine but didn't want a new account.

lol! I thought the same thing originally... I asked for mine to get changed when I purchased a new car as well.

My name ranged from jasperc2 to jasperg35 to jaspergtr... Perhaps someday it will be jasper599 or jasperdbs.
