Getting tee times around here has gotten ridiculous unless you're willing to sped over a hundred bucks.

high end courses are over $100 no matter where you go, not just orange county friend - there are still plenty of options for decent prices - Willowick, David L baker, Aliso Creek, San Juoquin . . . but for a truly memorable golf experience you should definitly plan on spending over $100 for sure.

I lived on the 14 green at Rancho San Joaquin. Nine years ago, I had an 8 handy cap. Now I shoot a 98. Or a 90.

Willowick drives me nuts, David L Baker is a bunch of dead grass, and I usually don't want to drive to Aliso or San Joaquin. I frequently go out to Green River off the 91, or I have an acquaintance at Trilogy at Glen Ivy that can get me on there sometimes which is great.

I don't mind spending the money for a nice round of golf. The service and hospitality factors into the price as well. It also separate the sh!tty golfers that really don't belong on a course and slow our group down. So who wants to play? lol

GTGuy is right though. I'm lucky I could keep up with him. we played alot before together but I can't keep up with his lower scores. I need a new partner. lol Pelican hills is a great course. There driving range and putting green is a great practice area.
