I'd like to compile a list of well known, mostly Porsche specialty, shops/tuners in the SoCal. area, primarily in L.A. and The OC counties. Here is what I have so far:

Lucent (LA)
GMG (OC)
ByDesign (LA)
Werks II (LA)
Hergesheimer Motorsports (OC)

I have warned people in prior threads to steer well clear of TRE Motorsports. I wouldn't let them work on any car I owned after my pre-purchase inspection nightmare.

Really? I am surprised as I had nothing but great experience with TRE. Can you link me to your thread on them? I have had my car worked on over there a few times and zero problems....
