Recommendation - Hotels in Laguna Beach

Hi guys,

Looking for an awesome hotel in Laguna Beach for 2 nights last weekend of June.

Anyone work at one that can offer discounted rates?

Thanks,

J

The Montage is the absolute best in Laguna Beach , not sure about discounts though ,check AAA .Then head to Cars & Coffee on sun about a 10 min drive to hook up with some 6speeders.

Our favorite is Surf & Sand. Not quite as ritzy as the Montage or the other newer hotels but still very first class (and pricey too) and the only I know where many of the rooms are right on the sand! Enjoy your stay.

Thanks for the info. I'll look into both locations. Had dinner at Montage. Beautiful grounds. Pretty ritzy. Awesome food.

Cars and Coffee is every SATURDAY - and it's definitely something you don't want to miss.

It starts about 6:30 AM and ends around 9. Look for the intersection of Alton and Gateway in Irvine at the Ford's Premier Auto Group headquarters parking lot (just follow the various Ferraris, Porsches, Lamborghinis, you will see on the road).

Montage/S&S... both are great! If you head down south, less than 10 min, there is also a St Regis which kicks a$$ and a little bit further south is a Ritz Carlton...

sunday brunch at St. Regis is seriously off the chain, crab claws, jumbo ****tail shrimp, champagne, huge assortment of cheeses, meats... it's no joke... treat yourself once in awhile.

For location, and a nice place, the Inn at Laguna is perfect. Its where the 133 and PCH meet.

Surf and Sand was perfect. Right on the sand we had a ocean view king.

Nicely appointed room. Service was good. Heated pool was nice. Very relaxing property.

Kept the slide door open all night and slept to ocean waves. Walking distance to the main drive in Laguna. Bed was very comfty. Meals at Splash were high quality, unique and tasty.
