PPI Recommendation in San Diego

I am looking at a 997S in San Diego. Neither of the San Diego Porsche dealerships perform Pre-Purchase Inspection. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop for PPI in SD?

Where in SD? if in-land, then I would try All German Auto in Escondido. Although Black Forest is very good and been around, it's my understanding that they do not specialize on the newer water-cooled Ps.
