I agree with dark5ide. However, let me add to it and bring some sad news too. When you smog your car. Enjoy the wonderful state as it asks you to put the car back to stock if it's modified to pass. :-D
SUCCESS!!!! I looked at 12 different places from Irvine, Lake forest, cosa mesa, Aliso Viejo, Foothills. I wanted a safe, non congested, nice, most bang for the buck , area that was not to far from my work off of Technology Drive. I found the ideal place for me near " Irvine " Portola Springs. I am very happy with my decision, Looking forward to getting settled and starting to get involved with some car activity. There are trails, gym and others activity near my new place that were all on my wanted list.
On a side note does anyone know of any day laborers or anyone that would like to make some extra $$$$ on 2-15-14 as I am in need of some help moving some items from my moving truck into my new place. Only the heavy items I would need help with.
I also want to say Thanks for all of the advice on locations and support I have received from this post !!!!

Congrats on finding a place! Portola Springs is nice, safe and quiet place. I used to work off Technology Drive a few years ago. There are no food courts around that area, you'll have to drive everyday to get lunch or bring your own. Another place for lunch is at Irvine Spectrum, a lot more options.
If you need help moving things, there are always people looking for side gigs at or around Home Depot, just an option if you can't find professional movers. If my schedule frees up on the 15th, I don't mind dropping by and lending a hand.

congrats on the new place and once again welcome to cali. since you work on tech drive, there is a walmart and a costco for grocery needs on the same street close to the spectrum. as far as movers, if you can't find anyone, let me know. ill be there
There is a home depot near Woodbury center, I drove by and seen no one looking for work. Wondering if there is another Home Depot around with day laborers ? I went to the Spectrum last night for dinner and it was very nice and good food at Javier's.
Thanks for the offer and I will keep you guys posted.
