TopSpeed Inc. is currently seeking to fill a full time Tech Position. This individual must be ready to hit the ground running. We are not interested in training anyone as we have a full daily work load and large builds that require someone experienced.

TopSpeed has been quickly growing and expanding into new markets for the last year. With that growth has come new demands and a much heavier work load. Given the vast requirements on our current crew, we have decided its time it add to the team.



Requirements:

Must have previous work experience with the Porsche platform. Experience in BMW, Subaru, and Mitsubishi would be a plus, but not required. Background including assembling engine internals is also a plus. Tech is required to have working transportation, and some tools. If hired, Tech may be required to travel out of state to racing venues. Must have valid drivers license and be a US citizen.


Pay & Benefits:

Base pay will be determined on previous experience. ($35k-$55k annual) Details on pay and weekly guarantee will be discussed during the initial interview process. After 90 days TopSpeed offers full health benefits paid at a 50% cost to the employee. Bonuses may be applicable for track side support.


Hours and Vacation:

Tech will be required to work Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm with a half hour lunch break and a minimum of every other Sat 10am - 4pm. After 12 months of employment tech will receive a 1 week paid vacation, that can be taken together or split up.
