NC Annual Inspections - How are all of you getting by in modified OBD2 Cars?
I'm new to the East having moved a year+ ago from the NW. How are you folks getting your cars to pass the annual inspections with a standalone ECU (AEM, Motec, Haltech) on an OBD2 car?
