Just moved to Texas - Need Advice

Hello,

Just moved to Texas. More specifically East Texas.

I need to get some tires replaced on my BBS wheels. Can anyone suggest a reputable/trustworthy shop near my area?

I live in a small town called Winnsboro. I'm about 30 mins from Sulphur Springs and about 1 hour from Tyler.

Trying to avoid driving to Dallas which is over 2 hours one way

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You may want to try calling Apex. They are located in the Park Cities area of Dallas, TX and are passionately automotive. That is if you haven't found anyone reputable in your area, I know you said you didn't want to drive a couple hours in each direction. These guys are top notch! They have Detail (Apex Detail - Ultra High End Detailing, Clear Bra & Vinyl Wrapping), Performance (Apex Euro Car Performance - Wheels, Tires, Brakes, Suspension, Intake & Exhaust bolt on work) and Logistics (Apex Automotive Logistics - Single Car Enclosed Transport, Concierge and Storage) 855.998.APEX (2739). Good luck and welcome to TEXAS!

Thank you dcfoto1!

I still have not found anyone reputable and now I'm convinced that only Dallas has reputable companies.

Will definitely reach out to them and plan a day to visit them.

Thanks again!

We have good shops and bad in Dallas. Regardless, you shouldn't have to drive 2 hours to replace tires. See which installment shops Tire Rack recommends in your area. It's a start. Tuning - most definitely worth the drive as there are a bunch, but routine maint. should be local.

Thanks NYC_Z06!

That's a great idea. I'll give Tire Rack a call tomorrow.

But I do agree with you.

Thanks again.
