Mike from IconTV custom made an ipod dock (which is being painted right now) that replaces the ash tray. It charges and plays simutaneously. They installed some sort of JL Audio interface to connect my ipod. It also has a video connection for video ipods as well. PM me for contact info if you want. Again, his shop is in Monterey Park, but worked on my car at his house in Pasadena "after hours".

You could wire in an FM Modulator....
But on your model Porsche, I don't remember any way to tie directly into the stereo without going through the FM....
For the FM, you need:
2 Mercedes Antenna Adapters (1 Male to std antenna, 1 Female to std antenna)
FM Modulator ( I suggest a switched/power modulator)
Then just remove the factory CD Player(Head Unit) and install the FM Modulator behind it.
