Turn signal bulb

I purchased my car without a owners manual. Recently my front turn signal stopped working so I purchased a new bulb. Do you have to remove the whole front light to get to the bulbs? Can someone tell me how to change a silly bulb?

From the inside of the trunk, remove carpet nut. Then remove the pastic plug in the body. Insert special socket wrench (part of tool kit) and rotate 180 degrees CCW for the LH light housing and CW for the RH housing. Light Housing will pop out the front. Do not remove the socket wrench and remember where you started. Page 186 in the owners manual.
