Non turbo are easy. Remove the rear wheels. 3 13mm nuts holding the cans to the support brackets. 2 15mm nuts for the clamps to the cats. Loosen the clamps, slide the clamp on the pipe until the two pipes are separated. Slide the muffler out the wheel well and down. No need to remove the bumper

If you are doing the complete headers, cats, and mufflers, then remove the rear wheels, disconnect the O2 sensors connectors from the engine bay and feed them down so they hang free. Remove the header bolts to the head (can't remember, but 8 bolts IIRC). Remove the 3 nuts holding the mufflers to the brackets. Get out from underneath the car. From the wheel wells, pull the mufflers out of the support brackets on each side, drop the entire system to the ground slowly by working back and forth on the sides. Takes about 10 minutes. If you are using a lift, make sure to drop the car down near the ground so the exhaust doesn't fall 8 feet to the ground, lol.

Can the O2 sensors be removed without disconnecting from the engine bay?
