Stiff Clutch

anyone have trouble with their clutch being stiff? I don't think I need a new one. Are there adjustments that can be made?

Model, year? More than likely if it is a 996 or 997TT, then it just needs the accumulator replaced. No big deal. $150 part, hour or so to replace.

Talking Stiff Clutch

My clutch was very stiff and I realized that the power steering fluid was low, it affects the power assisted clutch. This may be a very easy solution as mine was. I used Pentosin CHF 11 fluid as Porsche recommends. Hope this is the easy way out for you. -Stefen

If the clutch accumulator does need replaced it is important to depressurrize the system by pumping the clutch pedal 25 to 30 times. Even if there failed there can still be enough pressure to send it flying
