My bluetooth has been working fine up until today.

Now when i go to make a call the bluetooth connects but I can not hear anything and the other person cant hear me...the mute button is not on so thats not the problem...any ideas ?

 

It can be a wide range of issues. Try bonding the BT headset to another phone to see if you get the same issue. Try bonding your phone to another BT headset.

Try resetting the BT headset, and also see if you can clear your phone's BT history. Ez.

 

I am referring to the factory bluetooth in my 2009 C2S

 

warranty issue. like the other guy said, try pairing another phone. if that doesnt work then you got a bad unit. take her back to the dealer. should be under warranty.

 

Concur with bestint. Try different phones, and if all else fails, call the Dealer or go see them. May be a fuse...
