Exclamation Having to take ignition key out to restart after stall!

This is what the tech said, my salesman said it sounds strange and maybe I have a bad chip in one of my keys, any thoughts?
First getting used to the car, i stalled a couple times and had to take the ignition key out to get her fired back up, instead of the typical, keep foot on clutch and cycle key from off to restsart. Anybody experiance this? This is what the service rep said.
Now for having to take your key out of the ignition after it stalls, that is a safety mechanism in the car where it will not allow you to restart the vehicle if you do stall it without having to take the key out first. Just the way it works....
