Anyone having issues with their Dension....My PCM tends to freeze every now and than...Meaning I don't get any sound at all...It just freezes....Than it comes pack a few minutes later....Any advise...

 

Could be a loose fiber link connection. Sounds link the fiber link cables going to the amp may not be seated fully.

 

I just completed Dension install in my 07 TT w/PCM NAV, but no CD Changer. I would double check the dip switch settings (3a) and then I also used the fiber loop to the NAV system in lieu of the amp. The fiber loop was easier to access and the instructions state that you could have any other accessories in the primary loop as long as it was not another CD changer. Just in case as well, did you upload the latest firmware for Dension? Also, I assume you had Porsche activate a CD changer if that did not already exist. If you are utilizing a thumbdrive then you may also want to try a different one since the .exe files on some thumbdrives just doesn't jive with this system. I am lucky and have not had any issues, but the bumperplug guys were extremely helpful for me. I would try giving them a call even if you didn't buy it there and perhaps buy some others good from them for their help. Hope this helps, sorry since I know how frustrating that is.
