Have a Lambo Gallardo Superleggera with glass cover over engine compartment (see link in signature). I would love to put some very bright orange LEDs in the engine area for a nice glow. My engine will become my "Flux Capacitor"

Any LEDs bright enough to glow in daylight and withstand engine heat? Although I want orange to match car, Would also be nice if it could be one with a controller to have multi-color, patterns, etc. Kool if it could vary intensity with RPMs or music!

Also looking for custom shops near DC metro area that do this kind of work.

They make ones that can take the heat but they will not be bright enough to make the engine bay glow during the day. I have never seen any that would, at night would be different.
