new color for rims
Hi
I want to customize the rims on my car and mask the scratches. What should I do at first? can i spray a new paint not removing the old paint? What tools will I need? How to prepare the surface quicker?

I decided to prepare well the rims and partially remove the old paint with the sandpaper. It is a very long and tedious process, but I think that the result will be good. I have only one question. Can I apply this paint https://www.mrosupply.com/paint-pain...908000_krylon/ ? Or to search for something more professional. Thanks for any replies.
