Thumbs up 6speed meet @ Sebring?

Has anybody here attempted to rent the track for a day or 2? What would it cost? Is there any interest ot there? Insurance? There are plenty of Fl car owners on this forum. When I lived in Mn, smaller car clubs would rent BIR (Brainerd International Raceway) for a couple of days on slow/dead weekends or sometimes during the week. It was a blast, especially since we got tons of track time. Regular PCA events usually had 100+ participants so it was less. It would more than likely need to be an event where the participants have obtained some type of drivers ed training (ie PCA, Skip Barber, PDE, etc). Or.... it could be a drivers training event (paging instructors) for one of the days. No bumper to bumper or trading paint, just a small drivers training event with some "time trials". I for one would be in if the price was not astronomical. If we can get 25 people interested it would be awsome.
Just curious,
Luis
