anyone track their cars in so cal?

Well, after much deliberation and help from the forums, I've decided to make my first mod which will be learning how to drive my car to the fullest. I have a 2001 996TT and was wondering if anyone knows of any So. Cal or central cal driving programs. My goal is to learn race techniques and have a fun time on the track. I am not interested in competition racing for my turbo. I just want to get to know my way around the track and have a great time in a safe environment. If anyone has info on this I would love to hear from you.

Many thanks in advance.

Geoff

Jan 21st there is a OTR track event a Willows. They have seasoned guys ride along and help bring you up to speed on the track. It's $125 and a LOT of fun - low presssure.

Willow is a high speed track so you can really let the turbos spool up.

I'll be there.

Track events

I've done a couple Laguna Seca events with TracQuest - Todd and his team do a great job and, again, it's a couple of hundred bucks and you get a LOT of track time.

Check their website - I think they have an event at Laguna in the next 4-8 weeks.

Do it - you'll never regret it.
