Hooked on Driving Events

Had the chance to spend a fantastic day at Laguna Seca raceway with Hooked on Driving. Very well organized, great operation, good safe driving with plenty of opportunity to let it fly. If your considering doing a DE day this is a great group to start with IMHO.

I just started last year. Now I am my region's track chair and I am going to tracks all over the East Coast this year. It's like a drug.

Glad you enjoyed yourself!! This is VERY addicting and a very slippery slope!! You will have your car on slicks on a trailer before you know it!!

Also, even more fun is get your buddies with their cars out to the same events really is a blast!!!tom

henryr, I have a 2001 996 C4 I have PSS9, H&R sway-bars all around with Michelin PS2 on 18" stock rims. It was an eye opener on how well these cars track can't wait for the next one.

might want to pick up a set of track wheels with sport cups (or the like). saves your street shoes and get some better feel out on the track.

actually you get better feel wiht street tires, you just get more grip with R compounds.

and for CA tracks, unless CLS is turning below 1:45's at laguna seca, sport cups are just throwing money away.
