I want to know if anybody has thought of or added the 997 turbo fender vents on a C4?

And what would be the point ? A sleeper is one thing but the opposite I can not fathom. A sheep in wolf's clothing is not a winning proposition...

9ff puts them into the GT3 turbo conversions to be able to use the intercoolers!
this was first done to a car with 950hp as the air/air intercoolers work better than the air/liquid ones

It's sad to see ricers with 997s.... why not just get a lastgen mustang... they had side vents that weren't funtional either... and you could hand you 997 over to someone who deserves it.

lol...really?! You're that butthurt... Well lets see... he made a public thead looking for opinons/thoughts on the matter. I provided my simple opinion that he doesn't deserve it if he's going to do that... I didn't insult him or use profanity... just stated my opinion, and guess what?! If you don't like my opinion you can stfu too. Pretty simple huh.

Whatever. No biggie.

Someone who does something like this or this(by the same thread starter)https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ing-997-a.html that serves no functional purpose or is crappy replica is rice and the 997 itself is a beautiful perfectly good car and tampering with it like this is just wrong... If you want a TT and can't aford one wait till they're used... again IN MY OPINION.

At the end of the day no one is impressed by a fake... well maybe you are.

RoadRunnerSTi, the only reason I posted the question about the TT spoiler was because I found one pretty cheap, and then it got me wondering if anybody experimented with fender vents. It was just a question cause I like the way it looks and who said I would be slapping a turbo emblem on a non-turbo that's ridiculous. After all this is a forum and forums are designed to stimulate discussion, not name calling and childish behavior like yours. Back in the 80's people were taking 930s and putting aftermarket slant nose conversions on them (including fender vents), the trend inspired Porsche to create their own factory slant nose package. So since Porsche is guilty of "copy this, copy that" should we call Porsche "rice" too? Seems like you have some serious anger issues and should really keep those issues out of this forum.

you mean the power gain or the intercooler/air ducts install?
on the website the engine tunning goes till 910hp but it doesn't say with what modifications
