Gundo Hack Curing?

I just did a Gundo Hack, 1 1/2" stainless pipe, on my 2007 C2S. Will the new "sound" change over time? Will it cure and mellow to a more throaty sound?

No. It will sound the same. However it does seem to sound different when the engine is cold or heated I really like it.
