the 318ti has the rear E30 suspension (it's the only one in the E36 line up to have this). The biggest improvement about the E36 was the much better rear setup. #justsayin

I never said the E36 had better steering feel......LOL

But I can tell you having an E36, that it would not pass as an entry luxury car in 2010. Which is my point, they had to make changes like * Gasp * put in cup holders to stay current in the entry luxury market.
