How tight are the TPMS metal valve stems supposed to be?

How tight are the TPMS metal valve stems supposed to be?
I have a new set of black wheel and just had the TPMS valve stems and nuts painted black to match. I plan on installing the stems myself because I think I will be more careful with the finish than the tire shop. Roughly, how tight do tighten the valve stem nuts?

Nevermind. I found the answer 4 Nm +/- 0.5
