Tire Suggestions

So I went out shopping for new tires today hoping to go with the Michellin PS2's. The new rims I have are 8.5 X 19 and 12 X 19. They measure 9 1/4" over all on the fronts and 13" on the rears.

I was able to find the tires I wanted right here at The Tire Rack. I did notice however that the tire diamaters were different between the front and rear tires.

My car being a C4S with all wheel drive I am wondering if this difference is critical? It sounds like the rear tires will travel 3.14 X the difference in diameter further then the fronts at the same power.

Would this difference have any effect on the car's handeling? I would think any difference would come into play going around a corner where the back wheels may want to out drive the fronts.

I consider all input from this site very valuable information and welcome evryone's thoughts.

Thank you,

Ponyboy
