HRE Customer Service comes through

About 2 months ago I complained about the vibration problem I had in the rain with my reverse lip wheels. The car was undriveable above 60mph. I took a lot of heat because I did not know about that issue. Well HRE read my complaint on this forum and contacted me and asked me to send the wheels to them. They had come up with a fix and wanted to satisfy me and make me happy. Well I got the wheels back today and they totally refurbished them they look brand new and they gave me new hardware. I could not be happier with how they reacted to my complaint. I can't wait till it rains to see if the vibration is gone. Anyway the wheels look great

Cool - great to hear they truly stand behind their product let alone went the extra mile to keep you as a happy customer.

HRE wheels always look fantastic... especially when clean. Which makes the occasional painstaking cleaning of brake dust from them worthwhile ... says he w/ brushed P40 Monobloks...
