Avus wheels (tool to remove rivets)??

I did see someone had this issue on one other post a year or more ago but thought I would bring a bit more life to it.

Please excuse my ignorance here and I hope that people can post some relevant info...

I purchased some Avus 901's off of a Cayenne that I will be using on my Touareg. Lips are scratched up a bit so wanted to have them taken apart and worked on, however unbeknown to me they require the tool to remove the rivets I guess. I am sure there are a few ways to hold the outer piece while undoing the back, but wondering 1. if anyone has or knows where to get the removal tool? IF NOT then maybe what you did to hold these tight while undoing the back?

I don't know of any dealers that sell these, thus why I am asking here.. any relevant info would be appreciated.
