Avant Garde releases part 1 of their forged line up. AG.Function

Introducing AG.Forged. Avant Garde has seen a niche and wanted to build a quality wheel with all the best parts at a price point that is not out of this world.

AG.Forged is proudly made here in the US cut, finished and assembled.

The AG.Forged lineup will be split up into two parts. Ag.Function and AG.Form. The AG.function will be available in 17-20 in step lip and mono block applications. The wheels will come with pocketed spokes and back pad to reduce as much weight as possible. Also the AG.Function will come standard with Titanium Hardware to shave every last ounce. The 110 in 19x8.5 for a Porsche Application came in at around 19.2lbs. The AG.Form will be reverse lip and concave for the customers that just want wheels for looks and are not as concerned about being the lightest possible wheel around.

AG.Forged will be producing 4 styles. Design 10 will be a 7 spoke mesh, Design 20 will be a 10 spoke, Design 30 a 5 spoke and design 40 a full face old school mesh design.

Wheels can be custom made to any color you wish. Widths for the 3 piece are from 7-15 with any offset achievable.

AG.Function Design 110

AG.Function Design 120

AG.Function Design 130

Ag.Function Design 140 (we know this will not be the lightest wheel however it does come with a step lip so it goes in this config)

Ag.Function Design F310 Monoblock Forged

AG.Function Design 320 Monoblock Forged

Forged Center Cap comes standard with all orders

MJJ is infamous around these parts
Any idea when they will come out with a forged version of the new M550 in custom sizes and offsets?

MJ, At this moment there are no plans to however our design 30 in the monoblock may ended up looking very simliar to the m550 as the current design is very difficult to cut in the monoblock format.

Is there any fatigue test data on the monoblocks? The last wheel I had under 21lbs cracked at the track. Final deflection numbers for a rotary test would be nice. Need a 18x12 that will handle at least an 1800 test load for 200,000 cycles for a 997, using a 315/675-18 tire. Pm with any data from an independant lab like STL, thanks!

The Monoblocks will not be under 21 lbs. The 19x10 we made for a skyline with med-high pad was at 23.5 lbs. The only wheels that have been under 21 lbs are the 3 piece step lip setups.
