OOOPS Look what i found
after going to race some of my friends cars ,, i noticed strange loud sound came from the exhaust ,, i ignored it and ran the car normally but when ran it hard it did not boost more than 1.1bar .. in the same time i can felt turbos soooo lagy !! its look like big leak
i I doubt its the headers again ,, headers has broken more than once !!! every 5 weeks i must go and weld it ... and its really cost alot
anyway .. i checked the headers i found big cracks in both headers !!!

after i taked out the headers , i told my friend , why we do not check the WGS and test them , maybe we found something else going wrong !!
we tested them both ,, we found both of them were leaking ..
the right wastegate , we tested it with pressure 2 bar the valve inside the WG Has moved a little !!!! so we opend the wastgate we found this
The valve was Serpentine
After this surprise, which shocked me, and my friend too, I knew the reason behind the high air Temperature which was 89c WOT when i data loging the car !!!! turbos were spooling alot and alot to reach 1.35 bar due the leakings in the WGs
In the end :
what do you think guys ?? is it welding problem ??? or like the seller told me its installtion problem ???

Bro im not sure if its due to bad welding or extensive heat.
However if you are going to purchase new headers, it would be wise to have them
ceramic coated. just in case.

I'd definately say welds r ok, the material is one to blame!!
have u checked with your supplier in regards to those cracks since, he had expected u r running such power?

Excessive heat in the exhaust can also be caused by the tune. Have you data logged the A/F ratios at WOT across the entire RPM range ? From your pics, all but one the material is cracked, only the square flange one shows a weld cracked / burned through.
Might be worth checking if you already haven't.

btw ur headwers has finished for temporary use so plz drive slow coz they will crack again due to a material of the headers.
