Selling this car as things have not gone as expected for me over the past 6 months. I bought it in August from a great seller and he provided a very detailed spreadsheet of records and receipts over the past 7 years/10k miles that I have updated for the next owner. Oil is fresh and the car is ready to drive. This is an ideal pump gas 996tt that drives AMAZING. Everything is balanced together to create a great car.

Looks pretty clean.

Though one thing I noticed. That's not a SpeedTech exhaust. Looks like a Fabspeed.

No thanks on the SUV

I'll double check the exhaust as I think you are correct, the previous owner did the exhaust so I went off his mod list. My old fabspeed setup looked similar, but I honestly didn't double check. I have 2 folders worth of reciepts and RUF in dallas did a good amount of the work.

The clutch was also replaced by a RUF unit, the front suspension top hats were replaced, the trans mount, and multiple other small items within the past 10k miles. This thing is very clean and I didn't even wash it for these pictures.

Nice car!! RAC used a Sach's clutch...don't think Ruf makes a clutch.

You appear to be correct. I saw the RUF 550 clutch in the notes, but it appears to have this.
"Install Sachs HD clutch pressure plate, clutch, t/o bearing, accumulator"
I will have to dig into the reciepts for more specific info. It was installed at 54400 miles, so just a hair over 10k on it. The front rotors also have under 3k miles on them.

and no trades for now, but thanks for the offers

It could be. Speedtech used to make a 70mm dual can exhaust for the 996 before they made the X design.

I found where the previous owner payed $1300 for a used speedtech exhaust in 2009, and a receipt from buying new x50 tips for $334.

I'm also attached a pic of the extras that come with the car and the receipts/documents. This includes a disc will the oem manuals, and others with the ecu flash.

And yes it was the sachs clutch, but "ruf 550" package.
