I bought this car last June from a fellow enthusiast out in Colorado after wanting to get another M3 (this is my 2nd). I flew out from Chicago and drove it home. I am the 3rd owner, the first being in Phoenix. This is a western car with no winter use and low mileage in excellent condition. This is how I would've optioned an M3 had I ordered one new. This car is the only LSB slicktop with black interior I've seen.
Maintenance records and receipts can be provided. Maintenace up to date with recent oil change less than 500 miles ago with Castrol TWS. Castrol TWS oil has been used only. Car is very clean inside and out. Detailing is a hobby of mine so I always enjoy keeping the car looking new. Mainly have used Autoglym and Swissvax wax on the paint and Adam's and Einszett products for the interior and trims. The leather was recently treated with the Leatherique process. Leather shows minimal wear and the interior is in close to new condition overall. There are very few stone chips on the front thanks to the dealer installing a clear bra on the front end over the 1/3 of the hood and the headlights by the PO. The clear bra is still in great condition.
I bought the car stock. Throughout the past year I've performed some mods, all of which would be included in the sale:
-Eibach Prostreet S coilovers
-BBS CH 18x8.5 18x10
-BBS red center caps
-235/265 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires (less than 300 miles on these)
-2003.5+ OE LED tail lights
-CSL reflash on SMG transmission
-20% window tint
-Late model BMW headunit/radio with OE BMW AUX kit
-aftermarket strut tower brace
Everything works as it should with no known issues... The S54 pulls hard to redline and the SMG transmission performs great with with the CSL reflash.
This car will be hard to let go of, but I am considering selling it for the sole reason of downsizing my garage. With most Laguna Seca M3's being early production cars, well cared for and low mileage examples have become exceedingly rare.
EDIT: SOLD Located in the south Chicago land area. Clear title in hand.
I'm not on forums nearly as much as I used to be so for serious interest and questions please email me at ktwcryan at yahoo dot com

If stock and a 6spd I would be a buyer, still a very nice car and a bargain for condition-miles and mods.

Thank you everyone for the comments
You could always sell the mods and with the money you make off of them perform a 6MT conversion. Something to consider..

What isn't stock on this car? Coilovers and wheels? Gees people are picky. I'll make it easy for you; if all that is stopping you from buying this awesome car are a set of coilovers and wheels, I'll give you my stock wheels and suspension my E46 M3 for free! Then I'll suffer with these aftermarket ones on my car. Labor and shipping on me!

Thank you guys,
I still have it and it is still for sale.
Price is negotiable for anyone interested.
The only stock parts I dont have are the wheels. I have the stock suspension with 30k miles on it that will come with the car. Besides the wheels and the coilovers the car is stock.
Thanks
